Compliance with corporate governance is assessed each year to ensure compliance. To this end, the main references are the Petroperú Code of Good Corporate Governance, the Code of Good Corporate Governance for Peruvian Companies and the Good Corporate Governance Action Plan approved by the Board, as well as other references, taking into account the pillars of corporate governance.
