Within the framework of the CASS Corporate Management Model, we have maintained the following certifications:
In addition, we achieved the recertification of port facilities in Talara, Oleoducto, Conchán and Iquitos with the Code PBIP/IPE/RAD 10-2007, granted by the National Port Authority (APN).
We approve, without findings, the Recertification Audit in the Quality Management System at the Bayóvar Terminal, carried out on December 20, 2022, by the audit company SGS.
In May, for another year, we approved with a score of 100% in all the areas audited the Certificate ofHomologation carried out by the company SGS del Perú S.A.C., for the client VolcanCompañía Minera S. A. A.
In August 2022, we obtained the Annual Certification of compliance with the Equator Principles (PE) and Performance Standards (ND) of International Financial Cooperation (IFC) of the Talara Refinery Modernization Project (PMRT), in terms of environmental, social, industrial safety and occupational health management, which was granted by INERCO Consultoría Perú S.A.C.
Likewise, we managed to maintain the Port Facility Security Certificate (CSIP) for the Talara Refinery Port Terminal, according to the first verification carried out by the APN on August 22, 2022. Likewise, on December 22, 2022, the MU2 Hybrid Dock Port Terminal obtained the CSIP.
We maintained the Declaration of Compliance of the Port Facility (DCIP) to the Talara Refinery Port Terminal, as well as to the MU2 Hybrid Dock Port Terminal, in accordance with the second and first verification carried out by the APN on September 7, 2022, respectively.
In September 2022, for the Antapaccay operation, we went through a Glencore External Audit process: FHPS Fatal Hazard Protocols at the corporate level, with a 100% compliance result, without findings.
Concession of the Natural Gas Distribution System by Pipeline Network of the South West Concession: obtaining the ITSE Certificate (*) by the Civil Defense division of the Municipality of Yanahuara in the administrative building of the GCGS of Arequipa, valid for two years, so it extends until June 2024.

In compliance with the guidelines established in the CASS Corporate Management Model (quality, environment, safety and health at work) of Petroperú S.A. certified under ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, internal audits are carried out annually with its own personnel which contemplate the verification of compliance with the requirements through the observation of tasks, documentary review and interviews with personnel (own and contracted). The deviations found are managed through action plans that contemplate the investigation of the causes that originated and the actions to correct and prevent their recurrence. In 2022, the internal audit was carried out between the months of September and October in which there was also the participation of auditors registered with the MTPE in compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
