Key results:

  • Constant supervision of the MOL hiring processes by contractors and subcontractors.
  • Unannounced visits from our community relations team to comply with the procedure, working conditions, attention to expectations and close coordination with the contract administration areas.

TALARA REFINERY MODERNIZATION PROJECT

Currently, workers of Talara origin represented 95% of unskilled labor and 39% of qualified labor, exceeding that established in the Community Relations Plan (PRC) of the PMRT.

The Office of Information and Citizen Participation (OIPC), as a support in employability of the PMRT, performs an important task in the incorporation of Talara personnel to the project.

Likewise, PETROPERÚ carries out training programs in order to improve the employability of the local population. To date, 1,929 local workers have benefited.
